Hi bloggers and readers!
Just wanted to let you know what I have been up to recently. Check out the new blog I am building for my graduate classes: CLA Portfolio. I have already seen a couple of you there. Thank you for the likes! I just started building it a couple of days ago, so there is still more I need to add, but let me know what you think. I hope to do some more blogging pretty soon–a couple of the classes are wrapping up. I miss the conversations, support, and company.

poetry, articles, thoughts, and quotes... on a quest to be authentic in my motherhood, sisterhood, and daughterhood, but i can tend to become Juvenalian sometimes, maybe in writing but also in life, reading Swift's "A Modest Proposal" as if i were hearing a friend speak to me about the how ridiculous some ideas can become, especially when they begin to drift into reality, mocking all of us really... i identify with Mary Magdalene, James, and Peter and am extremely grateful for that woman who said, "Yes!"...oh and i can be pretty lame...blessings to you, dear reader...pray for a single mother, her children, and the father of her children today!

Hello there, LH! NIce to see you. I just took a peek at CLA Portfolio and am suitably impressed. Congratulations on getting accepted into the Master’s program and nice work on your other blog. It looks completely different from this one, which is what you intended, I assume. Clean laundry? It’s highly overrated
